Here are some answers to frequently asked questions we get about staying at Dragon Hill Lodge!

What do I need to know about base access? Dragon Hill Lodge is located on Yongsan Army Installation. Active-duty service members, retirees, and DoD civilians may access the installation by presenting their DoD ID card along with a second form of ID.  Guests who are sponsored or who don’t have DOD identification cards must follow a different process.  For more information about the gate access policy, you can email us at support@dragonhilllodge.zendesk.com and we will be glad to help you navigate any unique situations and circumstances.

What do I need to know about ration control? Being a guest at Dragon Hill Lodge does not automatically grant access to AAFES stores such as the Post Exchange, Commissary, or Shoppette. Unrestricted access is limited to active-duty guests and dependents on orders.

Who is eligible to stay at Dragon Hill Lodge? Eligibility includes active-duty military, retirees, DoD civilians, veterans with qualifying documentation, designated caregivers, and other authorized guests. For full eligibility details, visit our eligibility page.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

How far in advance are reservations accepted? Reservations are accepted up to 365 days in advance. You can book easily on line by hitting the “Book Now” button on the top.  You can also book by emailing support@dragonhilllodge.zendesk.com or calling DSN: 738-2222 / (82-2) 7918-2222 from outside South Korea.

What is Dragon Hill Lodge’s cancellation policy? Room reservations must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the program or package. For specific details, contact support@dragonhilllodge.zendesk.com or call DSN: 738-2222 / (82-2) 7918-2222.

Do you have American Disability Act (ADA) accessible rooms available? Yes. A limited number of ADA-accessible rooms are available with wheelchair-friendly layouts and modified bathrooms. Please request these rooms when booking. Assignments are made at check-in based on availability.

How do I make a reservation for a guided tour or recreation program? Contact DiscoverSeoulDesk@dragonhilllodge.com or call DSN: 738-2222, Ext 2 / (82-2) 6903-6286/6234 from outside South Korea.

Are pets allowed at Dragon Hill Lodge? Yes. We offer pet-friendly rooms and a Dog Park with specific guidelines. Please visit our pet policy page for details.

Does Dragon Hill Lodge have high-speed internet access available? Yes. Free high-speed internet is available throughout the hotel.

Are the rooms equipped with 110V or 220V outlets? Rooms are equipped with 110V outlets only. Hair dryers and irons are provided in all rooms.

Who do I contact for lost and found articles? Please complete the lost and found form on line at https://dragonhilllodge.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so we can help locate your missing item. Include your name, dates of stay, room number and a detailed description of item. Also, note that we charge a shipping and handling fee for return items. 

Do you offer a laundry service? Yes. Each floor has free washers and dryers for guest use. Laundry supplies are available for purchase. Dry cleaning services are also available for a fee in Market Square.

If I am not staying at Dragon Hill Lodge, may I still use The POiNT Health Club? Yes. Non-hotel guests may use The POiNT Health Club for $15 per day. Monthly rates are:

  • Single: $45 / Family $55 (Enlisted/Company Grade)

  • $65 (Field Grade/General Officer/Civilian)

  • 2ID Military/Civilian (Stationed Outside Area II): $12

Do I need a visa for Korea? Before traveling to Dragon Hill Lodge, please check the latest guidance from United States Forces Korea (USFK) and the Republic of Korea. Travel policies may change at any time and are the responsibility of the traveler. 

What address do I use for the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (KETA)?  K-ETA Website: When filling out an address for the K-ETA, If your only destination in Korea is the Dragon Hill Lodge and you have no other Korean address that you can input, you may try entering the address for the War Memorial of Korea. However, we highly recommend first checking with your chain of command or calling or emailing our Front Desk in advance to check for the most up-to-date situation.
