Upon Arrival
We’re looking forward to welcoming you for your stay with us. You’re going to want to have at least two forms of valid identification when you arrive. Your military identification card and passport are perfect. If you’re traveling with a guest sponsor, your guest sponsor must be with you so you can get through the gate and check-in at the same time.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. If you happen to arrive earlier than that, it’s no problem. We’ll be glad to stow your bags until your room is ready, so you can get out and start exploring right away.
A word on jet lag: You’ll probably have some degree of jet lag when you arrive. Whether you’re looking for a quick nap or prefer to combat jet lag with caffeine, we’ll be glad to help get you on your way as quickly as possible. You might like to stay awake when you arrive, so you can get used to local time as soon as possible. The Deli or SunDae’s can help you with some Starbucks coffee, espresso or other caffeinated hot or cold beverages. Another good way to beat jet lag is to visit The POiNT Health Club for a good workout. It gets your blood pumping and feels great after a long trip in.
