A More Convenient Way to Pay
Dragon Hill Lodge has transitioned to cashless payments at our restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure facilities. This change will help us provide faster service, more secure transactions, and a more convenient experience for our guests.
To help ensure a smooth stay, please plan ahead and have an accepted payment method available when visiting our facilities.
How Can You Pay?
Our cashless outlets accept the following payment methods, where applicable:
-
Charges to your guest room (requires a credit card on file)
-
Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other accepted card networks
-
Government Travel Charge Cards (GTCC), when authorized and accepted
-
Contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported
Can I Still Use Cash?
Dragon Hill Lodge has transitioned to cashless operations at participating outlets. Cash acceptance may vary by location and type of transaction.
If you need to make a cash payment, please check with the Front Desk before completing your purchase.
Our team will be happy to advise you on available payment options and assist you as needed.
Please note that cash transactions, where permitted, may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this transition.
A Note About International Bank Cards
As Dragon Hill Lodge welcomes guests from the United States, Korea, and around the world, we recommend bringing a major credit or debit card supported by our payment systems.
Some international bank cards, including cards issued locally in Korea, may not be accepted at every outlet. If you are unsure whether your card will work, please contact the Front Desk for assistance before making a purchase.
Thank you for helping us make your Dragon Hill Lodge experience more convenient and seamless. We look forward to welcoming you!
