Pet Policy

To assist guests who are transitioning (moving to/from an assignment) Dragon Hill Lodge provides temporary accommodations for your pet(s) (dog and/or cat) during your stay, until arrangements are made with the Pet Care Center or an off-post boarding facility. A maximum of two (2) pets is authorized per guest/family. The following is provided for your information and compliance:


1.      With the exception of service dogs, pets are not allowed in guest rooms. A $200 service fee will be charged if your unauthorized pet(s) is found in your room. Pets are also not allowed in any interior of the hotel other than as designated below.

2.      The guest will provide a secure container for the pet(s). Pet(s) will be housed in the designated pet shelter area until arrangements can be made with the Pet Care Center. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to provide food, water, comfort walks (if necessary) for the pet(s), and cleanliness of the pet housing area upon departure. Pet(s) will be walked outside the hotel grounds, and the guest is required to provide for pet waste removal.

3.      Dragon Hill Lodge will not be held liable for the accidental loss, injury or death of your pet(s). Dragon Hill Lodge may refuse to accept the pet(s) based on storage capacity and other unique conditions or circumstances.
