The POiNT Fitness Center at Dragon Hill Lodge offers a luxury health and fitness environment. State-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weight training, group fitness classes, racquetball court, stretching equipment, a redwood sauna, bubbling spa, and 25-meter indoor lap pool offer a wide array of workout opportunities for all fitness levels. The courteous, well-trained staff is always willing to assist you in getting the most out of your workout.

The POiNT Fitness Center is free for all hotel guests, but is also open to the community for a paid monthly membership fee. Members not only get use of the pool and health club, but can also take advantage of additional services. Personal Training, Private Swim Lessons for Adults & Children, Group Youth Swim Lessons, Mom/Dad & Tots swimming classes, and quarterly road races provide full fitness programs for the whole family.Adult memberships are paid month-to-month providing the most flexibility to our military community.

Single Session (50 minutes): $45.00
Group Session (50 minutes): $30.00 per person (max 2 people per group)

Single Half-session (30 minutes): $25.00 per person

with the Personal Trainer!!!

* This session consists of consultation, "In Body" check, and how to use the fitness equipment.
* The OT session is 60 minutes depending on the person's criteria and the Trainer's schedule.
